New Website Design & Social Media Plan For Allprop UK

Allprop, a UK refurbishment and maintenance company based in London, sought my consulting services to improve their online presence and enhance their customer outreach efforts. As part of the project, we started by creating a new brand image, which included setting up a WhatsApp Business line, establishing a LinkedIn business page, and creating a Trustpilot account for customer reviews.

We then turned our attention to their outdated website, designing a more user-friendly interface with a clear customer flow. I wrote all new website content and sourced relevant images, ensuring that we highlighted their services and unique selling points. Special features such as Trustpilot and a contact form were added to facilitate customer engagement, and SEO was customized to enhance their online visibility.

In addition, we also helped Allprop establish a strong social media presence. We reviewed their historical content, created a Buffer account for easy management of their Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, and created new graphics and video clips for all their social media platforms. We also researched and joined relevant UK Facebook groups to promote their services to a wider audience.

To ensure continued success, we recommended an ongoing strategy for content creation, management, and maintenance of their website and social media accounts.

Sandmilk: Operations, Management & Marketing Services

Sandmilk enlisted our consulting firm to provide operations, management, and marketing services for a year-long project in 2022. We implemented automation processes for customer-facing activities, including CRM, marketing, and social media, which had previously been carried out manually. As a result, we achieved a 10% cost reduction and significantly improved efficiency. Additionally, we designed and executed a customer success strategy and support help desk, reducing customer complaints by 95% and enhancing the overall customer experience.

 

Our effective marketing campaign and targeted creator onboarding resulted in scaling the user base from 0 to 20,000 in just 4 months. We also negotiated and secured agreements with numerous international artists, labels, and brands, which drove platform growth and diversified content offerings. Our consulting services were instrumental in Sandmilk's initial launch success, resulting in measurable growth and enhanced user satisfaction.

R&D, Product Launch, Operations, Marketing & Branding.

At Rentfair, I had the opportunity to lead the launch of a proptech start-up in Israel. As a consultant, I partnered with top-level entrepreneurs to secure seed and series A capital, developed a product vision, brand position, and go-to-market strategy, and managed all aspects of the development and product cycle, from concept to beta launch. Despite operating on a bootstrap budget, I was able to recruit and manage a high-performing team of 10 experts in DevOps, UI/UX, and marketing to bring the vision to life. Together, we successfully launched an MVP on a minimal $400k budget, delivering two months ahead of schedule.

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, we responded quickly by developing and launching several new digital products, resulting in an additional 3,000 users within just a few weeks of release. Additionally, I led negotiations with major banks, credit card companies, and real estate firms to secure strategic partnerships to enhance our product offerings. Our success at Rentfair is a testament to my ability to lead a start-up from ideation to execution, even under challenging circumstances.

Brand Launch, Event Sponsorship, Film Production & Social Media/Marketing. 

Together with Kings of Dribble, an esteemed organisation operating in Tel Aviv's iconic stadium, we embarked on the groundbreaking "Freestyle Football Champions" project. This innovative football festival blended regular football, freestyle football, footvolley, and mesmerizing tricks. With legendary figures like Ronaldinho and Falcão showcasing their extraordinary skills, the event attracted 16,000 spectators and garnered widespread attention, reaching 120+ million through social media. Through strategic collaborations with cutting-edge technology company Mindfly, we captured unique perspectives with special cameras, further enhancing the immersive experience. Our comprehensive coverage, strategic partnerships with charities, and adept marketing efforts ensured a memorable event that resonated with football enthusiasts worldwide.

Publishing, Advertising, Franchising, Sales, 
Marketing & Branding.

Led the growth and expansion of Got My Kids, a Parents & Kids brand that quickly became a household name in Canada. Pioneered the country's first publishing-based franchising system and obtained accreditation from the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA). Oversaw day-to-day operations and managed budgets while providing strategic direction for all marketing activities, leading to significant growth and profitability.

Developed a suite of innovative complementary products, such as an online advertising system, family EXPO events, a discount card, and Smartphone App, which accelerated revenue growth and achieved a 90%+ repeat rate from advertisers.

Grew national distribution to over 1.1 million households, with combined annual advertising revenue of over $5 million and maintained a 30% profit margin. To manage the planned expansion, established a boutique marketing/design agency that provided creative services to Got My Kids franchisees and their local advertisers.

Worked on the creation of Israeli singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, and television host Noa Kirel's NFT strategy. Negotiated the contract and signed the exclusive rights for her launch on the Sandmilk platform.

During my tenure in the music industry between 1995 and 2003, I launched and managed Israel's first independent Electric Dance Record Label, Agnosia Records, providing full management services to our roster of Israeli Dance artists and DJs. I successfully negotiated international and domestic record contracts and publishing deals for label artists with major companies such as Sony Music and EMI Records. Project management was a key aspect of my role, overseeing the release, sales, and marketing of 12 domestic CD releases in Israel and 10 in Canada. With my expertise in music production, I created many successful music productions, including a track that was signed in 20+ territories and charted in the UK Top 40 Singles. My experience in launching and managing successful projects, negotiating deals, and promoting events have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to help businesses across various industries achieve their goals.
