Booth locations are based on the current event floorplan and may be adjusted by the organiser if required for venue, safety, operational or event-flow reasons. Booth booking is confirmed only once payment has been completed.

Bookings are confirmed only after payment. The organiser reserves the right to decline, cancel or refund bookings that are unsuitable for the selected area, category mix, safety requirements, venue operations or event flow.

By purchasing this exhibitor space, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to JAMM’s Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Expo booth bookings are limited event inventory. Once purchased, the selected booth, table, gazebo, display space or exhibitor position is removed from sale.

Your exhibitor space is supplied at Celebrate Olim Expo on the event date, subject to the event terms, venue rules and setup instructions.

After booking, exhibitors will receive a vendor profile form. Submitted details may be used for the Expo website vendor list, printed Expo programme/handout and event planning, subject to approval and submission deadlines.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are handled according to JAMM’s Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Booth layouts, setup instructions, timings and event logistics may be updated where reasonably necessary for operational, safety or venue reasons.

JAMM Consulting primarily sells services, event-related bookings, exhibitor spaces, consultations, sponsorship packages and digital or written materials. Unless specifically stated otherwise, JAMM does not sell physical products that include a manufacturer’s warranty or product warranty.

Online consulting services, including marketing consulting, management consulting, Aliyah consultations, business Aliyah consultations, project rescue sessions, property consultations, strategy reviews, reports and planning services, are supplied as professional guidance based on the information provided by the customer.

JAMM makes reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and responsibly, but does not guarantee any specific commercial, financial, legal, tax, immigration, property, marketing, business, Aliyah, relocation, event or personal outcome.

JAMM’s consultations, reports and materials are for practical and commercial guidance only and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, immigration, investment, insurance or other regulated professional advice.

For products, food, displays, equipment, promotional items or services supplied by exhibitors, vendors, sponsors or other third parties, warranty, quality, safety, legality, licensing, insurance and customer service responsibility remains with the relevant third party.
