However, errors may occur. JAMM reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change service details, change event details, amend product descriptions or cancel an order where a clear error has occurred.
If a material change affects a paid booking or purchase, JAMM will contact the customer using the details provided at the time of purchase.
6. Prices, VAT and Payments
Prices are displayed in Israeli Shekels unless stated otherwise.
Prices may be shown including VAT or before VAT, depending on the product or service page. Where VAT applies, it will be charged according to applicable law and shown at checkout or on the relevant invoice/receipt where required.
Online payments may be processed through Wix, Grow, credit card providers or other payment processors connected to the website.
A booking or purchase is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued by JAMM, Wix or the relevant payment system.
7. Supply of Services and Delivery
JAMM primarily sells services, event access and event-related bookings rather than physical products.
Event tickets
Event tickets are supplied digitally or by booking confirmation. Entry to an event may require presentation of a digital ticket, order confirmation, name on guest list or other event registration confirmation.
Expo booth bookings
Expo booth purchases reserve the selected exhibitor space, booth category, table, gazebo, display space or vendor position, subject to the details shown on the product page and confirmation received after purchase.
Booth location, layout, access instructions, setup times and event logistics may be updated before the event and will be communicated to exhibitors where relevant.
Consultations
Consultations may be supplied online, by phone, by video call, or in person, depending on the service purchased and the arrangement agreed with JAMM.
Property services
Property owner services are generally provided by enquiry and proposal. Unless specifically sold as a fixed online product, property services are not automatically confirmed by submitting an enquiry.
Digital materials
Where digital documents, reports, templates or planning materials are supplied, they may be sent by email, file link, download link or another reasonable delivery method.
8. Celebrate Olim Expo — Booth Booking Terms
Celebrate Olim Expo booth bookings are for exhibitor participation at the event.
A booth, table, gazebo, display space, vendor space or other exhibitor position is confirmed only after payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their business, organisation, products, services and conduct are suitable for the event and comply with applicable law.
JAMM reserves the right to refuse, cancel or remove an exhibitor where, in JAMM’s reasonable opinion:
-
the exhibitor is not suitable for the event;
-
the exhibitor provided misleading information;
-
the exhibitor’s activity creates legal, safety, reputational or operational concerns;
-
the exhibitor breaches event rules or instructions;
-
the exhibitor’s products or services are inappropriate for the event audience;
-
payment has not been completed or has been reversed.
Where JAMM cancels an exhibitor booking for reasons unrelated to exhibitor misconduct, JAMM will offer an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.
Where an exhibitor is cancelled or removed due to breach of these Terms, misconduct, non-compliance or unsuitable activity, refunds may not be provided.
9. Expo Vendor Details, Website Listing and Printed Programme
After booking, exhibitors may be asked to complete an exhibitor profile form.
The submitted details may be used for:
-
the Celebrate Olim Expo vendor list on the website;
-
the printed Expo programme or handout given to guests at entry;
-
event planning and exhibitor administration;
-
category organisation and floorplan planning;
-
selected Expo promotional materials.
Vendor listings and printed programme entries are subject to submission, approval, space, deadlines and editorial review.
JAMM is not responsible for missing, incomplete or incorrect vendor listings where the exhibitor has not submitted the required details, has submitted them late, or has provided inaccurate information.
JAMM reserves the right to edit vendor descriptions for length, clarity, formatting, suitability or consistency.
10. Expo Layout, Booth Allocation and Operational Changes
JAMM will make reasonable efforts to honour selected booth numbers, booth types and published layout plans.
However, event layouts may change due to venue requirements, safety, operational needs, supplier issues, weather considerations, accessibility requirements, emergency circumstances or other reasonable event management considerations.
JAMM reserves the right to adjust booth locations, floorplans, setup arrangements, operating hours or event logistics where reasonably necessary.
A change in floorplan or booth location does not automatically entitle the exhibitor to a refund, provided that JAMM supplies a substantially similar exhibitor opportunity.
11. Event Tickets
Event tickets are valid only for the event, date and entry type purchased.
Visitors must follow event rules, venue rules and reasonable instructions from event staff, security and venue management.
JAMM reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, illegal or contrary to the nature of the event.
Where event entry income is described as being donated to a charity partner, the relevant donation arrangement will be described on the event page. Unless stated otherwise, this does not make the ticket purchase itself a direct charitable donation by the ticket buyer.
12. Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation
JAMM may change event details where reasonably necessary, including timing, layout, programme, participating vendors, partners, venue areas, entry arrangements or event format.
If an event is postponed, tickets and booth bookings may be transferred to the new date unless JAMM states otherwise.
If an event is cancelled by JAMM and not replaced or postponed, customers who purchased tickets or booth bookings directly from JAMM will be offered a refund or alternative arrangement, subject to payment processor fees and any legal requirements.
JAMM is not responsible for indirect losses, travel costs, accommodation costs, lost income, missed opportunity or other consequential losses resulting from event changes, postponement or cancellation.
13. Consulting Services
JAMM consulting services may include marketing, management, business review, project rescue, website/user journey review, launch planning, event planning, Aliyah viability, business Aliyah and relocation-related consulting.
Consulting services are based on the information provided by the client.
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information.
JAMM provides practical and commercial guidance. JAMM does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, insurance, architectural, engineering or regulated professional advice.
Where specialist advice is required, clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals.
14. Aliyah and Business Aliyah Services
Aliyah, relocation and business Aliyah services are designed to help clients think through practical, financial, lifestyle, operational and commercial considerations connected to moving to Israel.
These services may include discussion of cost of living, location considerations, work assumptions, business structure, service provider needs, practical planning and feasibility.
JAMM does not guarantee eligibility for Aliyah, immigration status, government benefits, professional licensing, housing availability, employment, business success, tax outcomes, banking approval or any other result controlled by third parties, authorities or market conditions.
Clients are responsible for taking professional legal, tax, immigration, financial and other specialist advice where required.
15. Property Owner Services
Property Owner Services are designed to provide practical support, coordination, oversight and communication for owners of property in Israel.
JAMM may help coordinate property checks, maintenance suppliers, cleaners, gardeners, access, visit preparation, post-visit checks, emergency visits, supplier meetings or related practical matters.
JAMM is not a licensed contractor, engineer, architect, estate agent, lawyer, insurance adviser, tax adviser or property valuer.
Where specialist work or regulated advice is required, JAMM may help coordinate third-party professionals, but responsibility for their professional work remains with those third parties.
Property services are usually quoted individually after an initial conversation and property review.
16. Third-Party Providers and External Services
JAMM may refer, introduce or coordinate third-party providers, including suppliers, venues, contractors, service providers, advisers, exhibitors, partners or professionals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party providers are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees or agents of JAMM.
JAMM is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, advice, workmanship, availability, representations or services of third-party providers.
Clients and customers are responsible for reviewing and approving third-party terms, prices, licences, qualifications and suitability before proceeding.
17. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and clients agree to:
-
provide accurate contact and billing details;
-
provide accurate information when completing forms or enquiries;
-
read product and service descriptions before purchasing;
-
comply with event rules and venue rules;
-
attend booked consultations on time;
-
notify JAMM promptly if they need to reschedule;
-
use services and website materials lawfully and respectfully;
-
not misuse the website, payment systems, forms or event processes.
-
18. Cancellation and Refund Policy — General
Cancellation rights may vary depending on the type of product or service purchased, the timing of the cancellation request and applicable law.
Where applicable, cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email or through the contact details listed on this website.
A cancellation request should include:
-
full name;
-
email used for the purchase;
-
phone number;
-
order number, if available;
-
product, service, event ticket or booth booking purchased;
-
reason for cancellation, if relevant.
Refunds, where approved, will usually be made to the original payment method.
Processing times may depend on Wix, Grow, the credit card provider or other payment processors.
19. Cancellation of Online Consultations and Service Sessions
For online consultations, strategy sessions, Aliyah consultations, business Aliyah consultations, property consultations, marketing consultations and similar booked services:
-
cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will usually be accepted;
-
where possible, JAMM may offer to reschedule rather than cancel;
-
cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be non-refundable;
-
missed sessions or no-shows may be non-refundable;
-
once a consultation has started or been delivered, it is generally non-refundable.
Where the law requires a different cancellation right, the legal requirement will apply.
20. Cancellation of Written Reports, Plans or Custom Work
Where a client purchases a written report, plan, audit, feasibility review, strategy document, custom planning work or other customised service:
-
cancellation may be possible before work has started;
-
once work has started, JAMM may charge for work already performed;
-
once the report, plan, review or custom work has been delivered, the service is generally non-refundable.
Custom work includes any service prepared specifically for the client based on their personal, family, business, property, event or project information.
21. Cancellation of Expo Booth Bookings
Expo booth bookings involve reserved event inventory with limited availability.
Because each booth, table, gazebo, display space or vendor position is removed from sale once purchased, cancellation terms are stricter than for general enquiries.
Unless otherwise required by law:
-
cancellations requested within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for refund, provided the request is made sufficiently before the event and no substantial exhibitor work, listing, programme preparation or allocation work has already been completed;
-
JAMM may deduct permitted cancellation fees, payment processing costs or administrative costs where allowed;
-
cancellations requested close to the event may be non-refundable;
-
no refund is guaranteed where the exhibitor fails to attend, fails to complete required forms, arrives late, does not use the booth, or is removed for breach of event rules;
-
booth bookings may not be transferred to another business without JAMM’s written approval.
Where appropriate, JAMM may offer a credit, transfer or alternative arrangement instead of a refund.
22. Cancellation of Event Tickets
Event ticket cancellation terms may vary by event.
Unless stated otherwise on the event page:
-
tickets may be cancellable in accordance with applicable law;
-
tickets may be non-refundable close to the event;
-
missed attendance does not entitle the purchaser to a refund;
-
if an event is cancelled by JAMM and not postponed or replaced, JAMM will offer a refund or alternative arrangement;
-
if an event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the new date.
Where 100% of door receipts or ticket receipts are designated for a charity partner, cancellation and refund rules will still be handled according to the ticket terms and applicable law.
23. Cancellation of Property Services
Property services are generally quoted and agreed separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
-
one-off property checks may be cancellable before the visit is scheduled or carried out;
-
once a property visit, supplier visit, inspection or coordination work has been carried out, the service is generally payable and non-refundable;
-
ongoing property oversight arrangements may be cancelled according to the written proposal or agreement supplied to the client;
-
supplier costs, contractor costs, materials, emergency call-outs and third-party charges may be non-refundable once incurred.
-
24. Defective Service, Error or Non-Performance
If a customer believes that a service was not supplied as described, or that there has been an error, they should contact JAMM promptly with full details.
Where JAMM confirms that a paid service was not supplied, was materially different from what was purchased, or was affected by a JAMM error, JAMM may offer one or more of the following:
-
correction of the issue;
-
rescheduling;
-
replacement service;
-
partial refund;
-
full refund where appropriate.
This does not limit any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
25. Product Warranty and Service Responsibility
JAMM Consulting primarily sells services, event-related bookings, exhibitor spaces, consultations, sponsorship packages and digital or written materials. Unless specifically stated otherwise, JAMM does not sell physical products that include a manufacturer’s warranty or product warranty.
Online consulting services, including marketing consulting, management consulting, Aliyah consultations, business Aliyah consultations, project rescue sessions, property consultations, strategy reviews, reports and planning services, are supplied as professional guidance based on the information provided by the customer.
JAMM makes reasonable efforts to provide consulting services professionally, responsibly and in accordance with the service description. However, consulting services do not include any guarantee of a specific commercial, financial, legal, tax, immigration, property, marketing, business, Aliyah, relocation, event or personal outcome.
Any information, consultation, report, checklist, template, discussion, website content or written material provided by JAMM is for general practical and commercial guidance only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, immigration, investment, insurance, engineering, architectural or other regulated professional advice.
For physical products, goods, displays, food, equipment, promotional items or materials sold, supplied or displayed by exhibitors, vendors, sponsors or third-party providers at an event, the responsibility for quality, safety, warranty, legality, licences, insurance and customer service remains with the relevant exhibitor, vendor, sponsor or third-party provider.
JAMM is responsible only for the services, bookings, consultations, digital materials or event-related rights purchased directly from JAMM, as described on the relevant product or service page and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAMM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of income, reputational damage or third-party claims.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, JAMM’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
26. Israeli Consumer Protection Law
JAMM operates in Israel and aims to comply with applicable Israeli consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, where relevant.
Certain online or remote transactions may be subject to statutory cancellation rights. These rights may depend on the type of transaction, the customer, the service, timing, whether the service has already been provided, and other legal conditions.
If there is a contradiction between these Terms and a mandatory legal right that applies to the customer, the mandatory legal right will prevail.
27. Intellectual Property
All website content, text, branding, event names, page structure, materials, documents, checklists, reports, plans and other materials created by JAMM are owned by JAMM or used with permission, unless stated otherwise.
Customers and clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially use JAMM materials without written permission.
Materials supplied to a client are for that client’s own use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
28. Website Links and External Content
This website may include links to third-party websites, services, payment platforms, forms, social media pages or partner websites.
JAMM is not responsible for the content, policies, security, accuracy or availability of third-party websites or platforms.
Use of external websites is at the user’s own responsibility.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAMM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, travel costs, accommodation costs, loss of income, loss of data, reputational damage or third-party claims.
JAMM’s liability for any paid service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
30. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the JAMM Privacy Policy.
By using the website, submitting forms or completing a purchase, you agree that JAMM may process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Customers purchasing Expo booth bookings may be asked to submit vendor information for use on the Expo website, in the printed Expo programme/handout and in event-related communications.
31. Changes to These Terms
JAMM may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this website. Continued use of the website or purchase of services after changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts in Israel, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
