Celebrate Olim EXPO is a new marketplace and community event created by olim for olim.
This is not an Aliyah fair. It is a positive, practical and social event celebrating the people, businesses, services and communities that olim are building here.
The event will bring together oleh-owned businesses, lifestyle vendors, food sellers, useful service providers, community partners and selected commercial exhibitors in one highly accessible Friday daytime format at Haoman 17 Tel Aviv, using both the Urban Garden and the indoor venue space.

The event is built around a clear visitor journey through three connected areas.
Urban Garden Marketplace
Outdoor gazebos and tables for food, lifestyle, gifts, products, makers, artists, small businesses and oleh-owned brands.
The Urban Garden is the first marketplace area attendees will enter, with outdoor booths, social space and Haoman-operated bars.
Indoor EXPO Area
Indoor tables and display spaces for services, professional providers, business support, finance, property, health, education, employment and selected commercial exhibitors.
This area is designed for exhibitors who benefit from direct conversations, lead generation and professional service enquiries.
Upstairs Gallery
A curated spotlight area for smaller exhibitors, consultants, creators, coaches, tutors, wellness providers and community initiatives.
The gallery is suitable for exhibitors who want a lower-cost presence in a quieter, conversation-led space.

Celebrate Olim Expo is proud to partner with KeepOlim in Israel, a registered Israeli non-profit organisation supporting Olim after Aliyah.
​KeepOlim provides vital post-Aliyah support, advocacy, services and community for Olim from more than 100 countries, helping them overcome the practical, emotional and social challenges of building a life in Israel. Their work includes mental health support, legal aid, lone soldier support, community programmes and practical assistance for Olim who need help staying and succeeding in Israel.
As part of this partnership, 100% of door receipts from Celebrate Olim Expo will go to KeepOlim in Israel.
KeepOlim will also be present at the Expo, giving visitors the opportunity to meet the team, learn more about their work, get involved and support their mission.

Best for smaller product displays, creators, gifts, accessories, packaged products and compact brands.
Includes: 1.8m table, tablecloth and 2 chairs.
Premium Garden Gazebo
A larger outdoor booth in the Urban Garden.
Best for food vendors, lifestyle products, gifts, art, homeware, larger product ranges and high-visibility displays.
Includes: 3x3 gazebo, 1.8m table, tablecloth and 2 chairs.
Indoor Table
A professional indoor table position in the main EXPO area.
Best for service providers, consultants, professional businesses, community organisations and selected commercial exhibitors.
Includes: 1.8m table, tablecloth and 2 chairs.
Indoor Display Space
A larger indoor 3x3m display space.
Best for higher-visibility service providers, commercial exhibitors, property, healthcare, finance, education, employment, business support and product demonstrations.
Includes: space only. Exhibitor brings own approved setup.
Home Services Gallery Table
A dedicated gallery table position for practical home, property and maintenance service providers.
Best for AC cleaning, handyman services, renovations, construction, decking, home repairs, property management, pest control, water filters, smart home, security and other home improvement services.

Electricity is not included unless specifically stated in the booth package. All electricity requests must be declared and approved in advance.
Food vendors
Spaces are limited and each booth is sold as a one-off location.
Once a booth has been booked and paid for, it will no longer be available to other exhibitors.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the exhibitor category, product type, setup or operational requirements are unsuitable for the event. In such cases, payment will be refunded.
Final setup must comply with venue, safety and event-flow requirements.

High-consumption appliances, including fridges, hot plates, coffee machines and blenders, must be listed before approval.
Exhibitors may not bring generators or run cables independently without approval.
Important booking notes
Spaces are limited and each booth is sold as a one-off location.
Once a booth has been booked and paid for, it will no longer be available to other exhibitors.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the exhibitor category, product type, setup or operational requirements are unsuitable for the event. In such cases, payment will be refunded.
Final setup must comply with venue, safety and event-flow requirements.
How booking works
Booking is simple.

Choose your preferred booth type and exact available booth location.

Add any required extras, such as electricity or additional furniture.

Enter your exhibitor and invoice details.

Pay online in full.

Receive your payment confirmation and VAT receipt.

Your selected booth is automatically removed from availability.
Booths are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Booth numbers are booked based on the current event floor plans. The organiser may adjust final placement if required for venue, safety, operational or event-flow reasons.
